As a U.S. Certified Small Business, Viamo contributes to USAID’s goals for small business participation under prime contracts. And through our unique partnerships with telecommunication companies, we help our partners meet USAID’s cost share requirements under assistance awards.

Viamo plays a key role in delivering information to millions of global program participants in nearly 40 active USAID programs spanning Africa, Asia and the Middle East and North Africa.
We work with major U.S. Government implementing partners including Chemonics, FHI360, RTI, Palladium, Creative Associates, Mercy Corps, among others.
Through Digital Campaigns, Digital Training and Digital Surveys, Viamo’s services are harnessing the power of communication to inspire long-lasting change under USAID’s multi-country Breakthrough Action project, implemented by Johns Hopkins’ Center for Communications Programs (JHU CCP).
Viamo is working with Palladium in Nigeria to rapidly scale up proven interventions on the USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP). Health workers and the general population can call an accountability hotline to immediately reach urgent and breaking health-related news, as well as audio job aids.
The hotline also provides Viamo’s Digital Training service, which enhances the technical knowledge of health workers and provides digital reminders for managing patient appointments for women and new mothers in health facilities.
Our team is made of passionate business development and digital design experts who bring more than two decades of experience in USG-funded opportunities.
We establish long-term collaborations with donors and development organizations, and design compelling technical and budgetary proposals under assistance awards (contracts and cooperative agreements).
