We believe everyone deserves access to information to be able to make well-informed decisions, large and small.
Nearly 3 billion of us remain unconnected, hard to reach by traditional media or even the internet. This means too many of us don’t get the information that helps us reach our full potential. Don’t get our voices heard. Our markets and economies developed. Viamo has found a way to change this.
We give people access to information to improve businesses, governance, health and education. And we do it in the way that suits our users best. Through voice, on their simple mobile phones, at the moment of their choosing, in their own language.
Tailored to their individual needs, with the opportunity to be heard as well. This is not a one-way street, this is a conversation.
In 2023, we combined our voice infrastructure, local-language expertise and trusted knowledge with emerging AI technology to make intelligent conversations possible beyond apps and screens. to launch our Voice AI Solution.
Today, that work has evolved into Ask Viamo Anything (AVA), our digital front door to AI and services. AVA can answer questions, bring specialist expertise into a conversation, connect people to trusted services and help them take the next step.

He works closely with partners to design innovative digital solutions that maximize impact and expand access to life-changing information through mobile technology
As Chief Executive Officer, Louis oversees Viamo’s strategic vision and global growth, ensuring the company expands its impact, scales sustainably, and reaches underserved populations worldwide. Céline Duros is Viamo's Senior Regional Partnerships Director for East and Southern Africa and Asia, where she leads strategic partnerships and business development across the region. She works closely with governments, donors, and implementing partners to design innovative digital engagement solutions that expand access to essential information and deliver sustainable impact at scale.
As Chief Partnerships Officer, Kellen oversees Viamo’s global partnerships, ensuring strategic market expansion, telecommunications relationships, and commercial growth. He drives high-impact representations, business development, and ecosystem scale across Viamo’s global network.
Sulakshana Gupta is Viamo's Vice President of Philanthropy Partnerships, where she leads partnerships with philanthropic organizations, foundations, and strategic donors around the world. She works closely with partners to develop innovative digital solutions that mobilize funding, expand Viamo's global reach, and deliver meaningful impact for underserved communities.

Whitney Hughes is Viamo's Vice President of Partnerships, where she leads strategic partnerships and business development across The Caribbeans', Francophone and Anglophone West Africa. She works with governments, donors, and implementing partners to expand Viamo's reach, drive sustainable growth, and deliver digital solutions that create meaningful impact at scale.
Dhimas H. Putranto is Viamo’s Director of Global Platform, leading the strategy, growth, and expansion of Viamo’s global platform across Africa and Asia. He sets the global platform strategy and leads strategic partnerships with mobile network operators across 20+ countries, driving the development and scale of IVR and Voice AI services that enable millions of people to access essential information and AI-powered services through a simple mobile phone.
Fabrice Romeo is Viamo's Regional Delivery Director for East and Southern Africa, where he oversees the successful delivery of programmes across the region. He drives operational excellence, strengthens project implementation, and works closely with regional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and sustainable impact.
Mamadou Ibrahima Samake is Viamo's Regional Delivery Director for Francophone and Anglophone West Africa, where he oversees the successful delivery of multi-country programmes across the region. He drives programme excellence, strengthens country teams, and works with partners and donors to deliver high-quality, scalable digital engagement solutions that create lasting impact.
Shakeel Swati is Viamo's Global Financial Controller, where he oversees the company's global financial operations, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance across Viamo's international operations. He works closely with regional and executive teams to support sustainable growth and sound financial decision-making.
