The Viamo Platform (Formerly the 3-2-1 Service)
Viamo Platform Bundle: Viamo will support the Client to:
- Introduce key stakeholder organizations and relevant ministries to the Viamo Platform and secure their commitment to provide technical input and validation. Client will obtain validation of finalized messages from relevant Government stakeholders.
- Prepare and facilitate content committee meetings for the creation of the Viamo Platform content and the Viamo Platform decision tree. Logistical costs for these meetings (room hire, catering, per diem, printing etc.) will be covered by the Client, unless otherwise budgeted.
- Record the first draft of key messages for pre-testing in all languages the Viamo Platform is available in, within the specific country.
- Conduct pretesting of key messages.
- Integrate feedback for IVR/SMS/USSD messages.
- Re-record and upload finalized messages to the Viamo Platform and conduct final tests.
- Provide access to a simple real-time visualization of the traffic volume to the content.
- Provide monthly data reports for a period of 12 months, starting from the time the content is live on the Viamo Platform.

Viamo Platform Survey: Survey of registered Viamo Platform users, with the possibility to target subscribers based on age, gender, language and location. There is a maximum number of subscribers that can be surveyed. Subscribers are from a single mobile network operator.
