About Viamo

The Viamo Platform is a nationwide, toll-free voice engagement system that works on any mobile phone, including basic feature phones. It enables interactive voice response, two-way surveys, and local-language engagement at scale, without requiring internet access. Viamo currently operates 20 active platforms.

Since 2023, Viamo has pioneered the use of Offline Voice AI to deliver personalized, context-aware communication at scale through Ask Viamo Anything (AVA). This service empowers Viamo Platform callers to ask pressing questions in their own language and receive accurate, engaging, and personalized responses spoken back to them.
