The Ghanaian government needed to know where to invest a $100 million US loan from the World Bank to develop water infrastructure in the Greater Accra Region, which includes the Tema metropolitan area.

We were approached in 2013 by the consulting firm Cowater International to work with them on a survey project for the Tema Metropolitan Assembly.
